Naftoserwis Sp. z o.o. – 100% of PERN’s share.
It is the largest company in Poland providing specialised technical maintenance services for fuel bases (including base maintenance and repair services, tank cleaning) and pipeline diagnostic services.
„Siarkopol” Gdańsk S.A. – 100% of PERN’s share.
The company exports Polish fossil sulphur to world markets by sea. In addition to handling granulated sulphur, the Company provides handling and storage services for liquid products: petrochemicals, chemicals and plant origin.
MPR Sarmatia Sp. z o.o. – 28,79% of PERN’s share..
It is a special-purpose company formed in 2004 by two shareholders: PERN S.A. and Ukrainian S.A. “Ukrtransnafta” to prepare the Euro-Asian Oil Transport Corridor project. Current shareholders (in addition to founders) are also: The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation (GOGC) LLC and Lithuanian AB “Klaipėdos Nafta”.
Naftoport Sp. z o.o. – 66,67% of PERN’s share.
The company conducts crude oil and petroleum products transshipments in the Port of Gdansk. The company is an essential element in the logistics of oil supply and transit, as well as the key component of land-sea transhipment of petroleum products. It is Poland’s only offshore oil transshipment terminal and the largest domestic terminal for transshipment of refined oil products, as well as one of the largest oil transshipment terminals on the Baltic Sea.

It is a company operating in the area of security, prepared to carry out projects in the field of physical security and technical protection of facilities of particular importance to the economic interests of the state.
