Paweł Stańczyk
President of the Management Board of PERN S.A.
Experienced manager in the energy and fuel sector. Graduate of MBA Energy Management at Lazarski University, international relations at Warsaw University, management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
In the period 2016-2018, he was President of the Management Board of Operator Logistyczny Paliw Płynnych sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the PERN Group. During the same period, he served as a member of the Board of Directors at the Polish Organisation of Oil Industry and Trade.
Subsequently, from 2018 to 2020, he was associated with the PKN Orlen Group, where he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board for Development at ORLEN Serwis S.A. and President of Board of Directors at ORLEN Service Lietuva.
In the years 2020-2021, he was President of the Board of Directors of PGNiG TERMIKA S.A. and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Polish Association of Combined Heat and Power Plants.
From 2021 to 2022, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A.

Rafał Miland
Vice President of PERN S.A.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, the National School of Public Administration and postgraduate studies at the Academy of Leon Koźmiński. He started his professional career at the Ministry of Finance. In the years 2005 – 2006, Deputy Consul at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Malmö (Sweden). In 2006, he took the position of the Deputy Director of the Crude Oil and Gas Department in the Ministry of Economy, where he dealt with the issues of fuel stocks, supervision of the natural gas market and cooperation at the EU forum. In the years 2009 – 2012, he worked at PERN S.A. as a representative of the Management Board of the Company and Deputy Manager of the Project Management Department. From January 2012 – Director of the Department of Geology and Geological Concessions. While working at the Ministry of the Environment, he was also the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice.

Paweł Kolczyński
Vice President of PERN S.A.
An experienced manager, attorney-at-law and university lecturer.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Paweł Kolczynski also completed European Special Studies at the Jean Monnet Center for European Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, as well as part-time Doctoral Program at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University.
He completed judge’s apprenticeship and passed judge’s exam. Since 2006 he an attorney-at-law, member of the Warsaw Bat Association. For 10 years he has been running a law firm specializing in comprehensive legal services for an entity operating in fuel logistics industry (OLPP Sp. z o.o.). From 2014 to 2016, an attorney-at-law employed at OLPP Sp. z o.o.
Paweł has extensive experience in managing a capital group, exercising active corporate governance and protecting the interest of the State Treasury, as well as preparing and implementing investment projects. From 2018 to 2022, Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Agency S.A., from 2016 to 2018, President of the Board of Directors of the Company Development Fund S.A.
He also gained experience in preparing and carrying out merger processes of State Treasury companies, exercising ownership rights on behalf of the State Treasury regarding over 109 companies with State Treasury shareholding (Efficiency+ Program), coordinating restructuring and recovery activities.
He participated in organizing financial consortia for business entities. Paweł obtained portfolio guarantees for IDA from the European Guarantee Fund to the amount of up to PLN 250 million. He implemented the New Opportunity Policy public assistance program (PLN 1.2 billion), introduced several new anti-crisis instruments under the IDA Shield (PLN 1.7 billion) and new financial services: leasing, factoring. He has experience in managing research and development and innovation, cooperation with universities and research units, and is the initiator of the Conference “Human Resources of the Future. Personnel for the Industry.”
Founder of associations: Podkarpacka Dolina Wodorowa (Chairman of the Audit Committee), Silesian-Malopolska Dolina Wodorowa (Member of the Audit Committee) and Dolnośląska Dolina Wodorowa.
Member of the Academic Council at the Mazovian Academy in Plock. Chairman of the Mazovian Regional Council of the Future Industry.

Włodzimierz Maros
Vice President of PERN S.A.
Graduate of Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Kozminski University. He has also completed post-graduate programme at the Warsaw School of Economics in Corporate Value Management.
He has numerous years of experience in managing large teams and corporate structures. He holds extensive knowledge on corporate strategy building and implementation.
In recent years, he has been focusing his professional activity around the energy industry, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Zakłady Urządzeń Chemicznych i Armatury Przemysłowej Chemar S.A in Kielce, a member of the ARP S.A. capital group, in 2019-2020. There he gained experience in preparing and carrying out mergers of State Treasury Companies. He designed and implemented restructuring and recovery measures in the company.
From 2020 to 2022, he was Vice President of Elmen Sp. z o. o., a member of the PGE capital group, where he carried out tasks in the area of renovation and modernization of critical energy infrastructure for PGE GiEK S.A – Belchatow Power Plant.
He is a member of the Supervisory Board of Chemar S.A in Kielce.

Damian Wieczorek
Vice President of PERN S.A.
Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He also completed the Leadership Psychology Academy at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. He holds an ACCA certification and a CFA Chartered Financial Analyst license. He is currently continuing his Executive MBA education at IESE Business School University of Navarra.
Damian Wieczorek has 10 years of international experience in managing finance, building strategies, carrying out restructuring activities and managing the development area. He also has experience in the manufacturing sector in fuel, petrochemical, chemical and energy industries, among others.
As of August 2020, he was a member of the Management Board of WUZETEM S.A. of the Industrial Development Agency Group, where he was responsible for sales, finance, IT and procurement. Previously, for more than 10 years he was involved with the PKN ORLEN Capital Group, where he worked, among other positions, as Executive Director for Development and Technology, Director of the Energy and Development Controlling Office, as well as Member of the Management Board of ORLEN EKO Sp. z o.o.
He is the Vice President of the Supervisory Board of Polregio SA, and previously held the position of the President of the Supervisory Board of Basell Orlen Polyolefins Sp. z o.o. and a member of the Supervisory Board of ANWIL SA.

Zdzisław Koper
Board Member, employee representative
Mechanical engineer, graduate of the Maritime University in Szczecin. Graduate of post-graduate accounting studies at the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the University of Finance and Management in Warsaw [University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw], post-graduate studies in managerial accounting and controlling at the Warsaw School of Economics, and post-graduate Master of Business Administration in Gdansk.
For 26 years focusing on topics related to power industry. He started working at PERN S.A. in 1993 as a director of intermediate pumping station in Łasin. Later employed as specialist of junior shift dispatcher, and since 2006 as specialist shift dispatcher at the Miszewko Strzałkowskie Depot. In October 2009 he was appointed head of the system balancing department. Between 2006 and 2018 a member of PERN S.A. Supervisory Board of PERN S.A. as the representative of employees.
