4. Purposes of personal data processing
PERN S.A. processes the personal data of Users of the internet service solely to operate the service, to ensure its correct functioning. Moreover, the personal data are processed only to carry out recruitment processes, to ensure access to information posted with the procurement platform, to contact the Central Drivers Service Department and for other purposes that result from the website’s functionalities. 5. Who can access your data?
Users’ personal data are disclosed only to authorised PERN S.A.’s employees and to contractors who process the data disclosed to them by PERN S.A., although only insofar as necessary for the correct performance of services to PERN S.A. The data may also be disclosed to public authorities or third parties upon prior indication of a legal basis of such request.

8. Operational Data
PERN S.A. hereby informs that as of the moment the User connects with the Service, the Service’s system logs shall include information on the number (including IP) and the type of the User’s or other natural person’s terminal device used by the User to connect with the Service. PERN S.A. hereby informs that it shall process – in compliance with laws applicable in the Republic of Poland – personal data on the number (including IP) and the type of the User’s terminal device, as well as the duration of connection with the Service and any other operational data that concern the User’s activity in the Service. PERN S.A. hereby represents that it makes all efforts to ensure the high level of User security when using the Service by applying appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the data against their accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, unauthorised disclosure, or access.

Every User has the right to access their personal data, to have the data corrected, erased, and to have the processing of data restricted; every User also has the right to object to the processing. The personal data disclosed shall not be transferred to third countries or any international organisation.
